Question 1

How quickly will you reply?

Accepted Answer

Within one business day, usually sooner. Your confirmation email has a reference number if you need to follow up.

Question 2

Do you work with organisations outside Ghana?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We work with clients across Africa and beyond. Your message is routed to the office for your country, or to our head office in Accra.

Question 3

What does a project cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on what you need. Each service page shows starting prices in cedis and US dollars, and every quote is fixed in writing before work starts. Larger projects can be paid in instalments.

Question 4

Can I send a brief or documents?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Attach up to five PDFs, Word documents or images to the form, or reply to our first email with anything else.

Question 5

Why do you ask for my location?

Accepted Answer

Only to send your message to the nearest office. It's optional: without it we use your network's approximate location, and we never store your exact position beyond your enquiry.
